“I have the opportunity, once more to right some wrongs,
to pray for peace, to plant some trees, and sing more joyful songs.” —William Arthur Ward
WOW!! It’s 2014! I’m so excited and looking forward to all this new year has to offer! Filled with all it’s wonderful possibilities. This year, I’m choosing to participate in an adventure or two. Just what that will be, has yet to be determined. A year to put fear behind me and do something new that I have always wanted to do. A year to forgive, a year to make a difference (see the Christmas 365 Project for some inspiration as to how you can make a difference). A year to choose happiness/joy, no matter what life throws your way. How fortunate we are to be able to start each year, each day over and let go of yesterday and any mistakes of the past. To be present, to be in the now, and to just be…
I’m thrilled with this issue of From The Front Porch Journal and enthusiastic about where we will go this year. We seen a huge increase of readership in this last year both online and in print. I’ve even seen people sitting in their cars reading it. Talk about making a gal feel good! Our Journal writers are working hard to bring you good information to use in your everyday life. It is our hope that you are finding that information helpful and enjoyable to read. We would love to hear from you if there is anything that you would like to see as part of future Journal content.
