Youth Fishing Derby Seminar & Campout | Feb. 1

Cardiff Kook Run | Feb. 3 
The Cardiff Kook Run offers a 5K, 10K and costume contest. The course starts under the world-famous Encinitas sign on historic HWY 101. This scenic loop passes by the famous Cardiff Kook statue (The Magic Carpet Ride), rises above some of the most popular surf breaks in the world and heads down to Cardiff State Beach.

Kuumba Fest | Feb. 8 – 10 
Black 2 Excellence Kuumba (Swahili for creativity) Fest brings together community leaders, local performers and celebrities. From gospel to hip-hop and theater to dance, San Diego’s Kuumba Fest showcases arts that celebrate Black American culture in all its variety.

San Diego Tet Festival | Feb. 8 – 10

Mermaid Half Marathon San Diego | Feb. 9

Silver Bay Kennel Dog Show | Feb. 22 – 24
