Arista at the Crosby – Plan Three
I believe you can sense when a house is special. You feel it in your heart. Your heart tells you that this HOME will become a part of your family. ~ Bill Davidson
Rancho Santa Fe
Only a ten minute drive from the Pacific Ocean at Del Mar, in the scenic hills of Rancho Santa Fe, sits the community of resort style homes–Arista at the Crosby.
This week we will spotlight the Floor Plan Three of these beautifully designed homes. Crosby Ranch is named for song stylist and legendary movie star, Bing Crosby, who once owned this beautiful estate. He was famous for hosting clambakes at the pestigious Rancho Santa Fe Country Club.
Past the gated entrance and friendly security staff, you enter scenic drives that wind their way around this beautifully planned community. Fairbanks Ranch, developed by Davidson Builders, overlooks the first tee of the Crosby Golf Course.
Plan Three
When I walked up to this home it called to my mind the Villas that surround the city of Verona, Italy. The entryway and foyer are just stunning. The tile in the entryway is an exquisite marble mosiac. Wood and carpet are strategically placed throughout the remainder of the model. Above in the foyer is an enormous window that lets in plenty of light. The floor plan is smart. It is also very traditional with beamed ceilings, executed to perfection.
5 Bedroom, 5.5 Bathroom, 3593 Square Feet, from the Mid $800,000’s
The kitchen in Plan Three, as in the other two plans, boasts an enormous slab of marble that serves as both island and breakfast bar. Custom chandeliers appear in the model but keep in mind that fixtures for Arista homes are custom to buyer specification.
Moving in a circle from the kitchen into the great room you behold, through pocket doors that open, an outdoor dining room. This isn’t just a terrace with a table, it is seamlessly integrated space that flows from the interior and graduates to the patio beyond. This outdoor area is covered.
First Floor Master
Plan Three boasts two Master Suites of distinct character and beauty. A long-term benefit of the downstairs master is that empty nesters could enjoy stylish living on the first floor, while offering a beautiful upstairs for guests.
Second Floor Master
Both masters open to the backyard. The upstairs has a huge balcony with breathtaking views.
For the backyard in the model, the builders constructed a Bocce Ball court. It is a fun activity and looks great, too. This home has an abundance of Ahhh factor. Call me to schedule a viewing. Arista at the Crosby has just implemented phase four, which means more of Floor Plan Two are now available.
